Ingredients: 1 Aloe Vera leaf
Basil seeds (2 tsp), soaked in 3 tbsp of water until plump (can substitute with Chia seeds), 1 apple (peeled and diced), 10 strawberries chopped, 2 mandarin oranges, seedless (½ cup chopped), handful of blueberries, Rose water (2 tbsp), Chopped fresh mint (2 tbsp)
Preparation: Cut the ridges of the Aloe Vera stem and cut into sections, Soak in water for 5-10 minutes, Peel away all the skin, Dice the gel-like flesh, Mix together all the diced fruit and other ingredients. Serve chilled and add sweetener if desired (sugar, agave nectar, honey, etc), consume fruit salad within hours before the aloe becomes runny!
Add in other fruits to compliment if desired (recommended: kiwi, guava, pomegranate, etc).
